Hi, I’m Maria I. Martinez.

I’m a registered mental health counselor who is trauma-informed and trained, and life coach—but more than anything, I’m a human who deeply understands what it means to carry pain, to long for peace, and to believe—against all odds—that healing is possible.

In my work, I blend clinical insight with a holistic aproach, psychology with soul, and compassion with clarity. My approach is holistic, intuitive, and rooted in the belief healing is not linear—there will be days of progress and days of pause, and both are part of the journey.

I’m here to walk beside you as you:
